Living in sunny California certainly has its perks. I don’t need to name them, but what does a resident do for a long weekend? Head for rain! Yes, that’s right! I traveled to visit some friends in the sunshine(?) state for Labor Day! Here’s a shot right after I left the airport (that’s a monsoon aka Ernesto):
No matter, I still managed to get sunburn on my back, and enjoyed some nightlife.
I have some great (for airplane geeks) video of our approach and landing into FLL airport, which I’ll post later once I get my camera back (left it in Florida). Unfortunately, most of the other pictures I took can’t be posted to protect the innocent.
